The 2025 Olive Oil: precision and identity
From the hand harvest at Castello di Fonterutoli, Belguardo, and Zisola to the estate’s state-of-the-art mill, extra virgin olive oil becomes both a technical and cultural expression. Temperature control, oxygen-free processing, immediate filtration: every step preserves aromas, freshness, and phenolic richness. The Zisola citrus grove: a Mediterranean garden

Chianti Ultra Trail by UTMB 2026
From March 20 to 22, 2026, Chianti will host one of the stages of the Ultra-Trail du Mont-Blanc World Series. The Chianti Ultra Trail by UTMB crosses vineyards, forests, and castles, with routes ranging from the 10 km night run to ultra-distance challenges. A sporting experience that unites endurance, landscape, and international spirit.
Siepi 2023
At the Siepi vineyard, owned by the family since 1435, Sangiovese and Merlot continue to converse with elegance. The 2023 vintage, marked by spring rains and a dry summer, required care and precision, yielding a wine of strength and harmony, already recognized by international critics.
